Founded in 2003 by DJ and producer Damian Lazarus, Crosstown Rebels is based in London, UK and considers discovering and nurturing new talent its core mission. Over more than twenty years, the label has introduced artists such as Jamie Jones, Seth Troxler, Maceo Plex, and Art Department. It organizes the Get Lost and Day Zero events, which it describes as setting a benchmark for electronic music events worldwide, and launched a sustainability project called Crosstown Consciousness to make all label operations greener. The label runs two sibling imprints, Rebellion and Secret Teachings, and its sublabels include Crosstown Digital Rebels, Rebellion, and Rebelone.
