Don't layer samples—duplicate frames.
Load a flute sample into Serum 2’s wavetable editor. Alt-drag the frame to duplicate it, then change the duplicate’s FFT Size to 2048 and set its Position to a static spot. Dial in 2-voice Unison with 15% detune. Add a vintage hall reverb and a ping-pong delay at dotted eighth for a lush JV-1080–style pad.
